On September 2, 2021, the Manitoba government released the newest Public Health Order.

ORDER 14

14(1) Indoor sporting and recreational facilities, including dance schools and martial arts studios, must not operate unless admission of members of the public to the facility is restricted to the following:
(a) persons who produce proof that they are fully immunized;
(b) persons who produce proof from the Government of Manitoba that there is a medical reason for the person not to receive a vaccine for COVID-19;
(c) persons under 18 years of age.

14(2) For certainty, subsection (1) applies to spectators who are watching sporting or recreational activities at the facility.

As a result, when classes begin on Tuesday, September 7th the following will be implemented:

  • Anyone ages 17 & under are welcome in to the studio regardless of vaccination status.

  • Those 18 & over (which includes parents/guardians/chaperones) will be required to show proof of vaccination.
    Please help facilitate this process by having your QR code and Identification ready. Although many of your faces are very familiar to us, we appreciate you having your ID to help us comply with the order.

  • Masks will be required at all times while in the studio for those ages 5 & up.

  • All other Covid-19 Policies which were sent out earlier this week will remain in effect.
